Local builders report increase in demand for their services

There has been a marked increase in the demand for building and electrical services in the midlands. I would imagine this is part of a wider national trend, as property prices increase and the numbers of transactions increases, the demand for home improvments will follow.
Many skilled people have left the industry and some firms have been forced to close because of a lack of confirmed contracts. This increase in demand and reduction in the numbers of skilled people will no doubt lead to many contractors chosing to increase their prices.
We plan to increase the number of fixed prices and package offers but not increase our prices, this will assit our customers and partners, knowing they can be safe in the knowleadge that we work to a fixed costs quotation system.
