Filed under: Property Development — Richard @ 8:57 pm

There are many different methods that people use to predict UK property prices. Some people use the well discussed “Skip test”, this is when people start to notice new skips a sure sign that people are improving their homes.

Most people improve there homes to help them look better and help estate agents sell their properties, or when they have bought a new home that requires work or alterations to their own taste and requirements.
Having discussed the number of skips I have seen on my time traveling between projects with other property professionals we all agree. The number of those easier to spot large yellow objects is on the increase!
This is certainly a good indication that UK property prices will continue to defie predictions and may will end 2010 on a high.
