Property Auction specialists increase number of auctions to cope with increased demand

November 8, 2009

The well known auctioneers Countrywide have announced three additional dates to their auction calendar. The additional events are thought to have attracted 250 new vendors, with the usual wide range of lots from basic low cost investment property lots through to larger projects and development opportunities.
This comes as there is increasing evidence of improved selling conditions in the UK property market, with many lots reaching and exceeding their reserves. This is another sign of increased interest in the UK property auction scene. It is interesting to note that many of the faces that have been visible in their absence are now returning to the auction rooms. Many say once funding conditions improve to a more usual level there will be many deals to be done, as funding has improved over the last three months they may not have long to wait.
