Office re-fits and new office fit out are thought to account for around 10% of the total construction spend in the UK. So they are a great opportunity to make good environmental choices. The Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors have introduced their own rating scheme to show how green your office re-fit is, they then award either bronze, silver or gold ratings for your offices green credentials.
