The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has released data showing that 7% more of their members are reporting an increase in the number of enquiries for new home buyers.
The number of new properties coming to market is also increasing but interestingly the stock levels are decreasing. There were more surveyors reporting an increase in prices in fact they reported a 17% increase the number of surveyors reporting increases. The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors have a excellent record on market predictions, and they are predicting house prices will increase but the rate of increase will ease.
