What will happen to house prices ?

With a recent report pointing to another slight decline in the average UK house price many property professionals believe that UK house prices will stagnate over the summer of 2010. The average house price is just above ?165,000 at present and has seen many downs and ups since the near collapse of UK house prices towards the latter part of 2007.
With an increase in the number of UK houses being marketed by estate agents and house price inflation exceeding the recovery of the general economy. Many in the property sector believe this is a sensible market correction.
