At Building Solutions (Midlands) we give our domestic customers a higher level of service than most domestic builders, you will have your own dedicated manger to look after your project, and one of our onsite team will be assigned responsibility for your job.

We can provide you with an answer to any of your building problems. We cover simple repairs right though to complete extensions, garage conversions, re-wires, full renovations roofing and structural repairs.

You will deal with one person from the initial enquiry through to the completion of your job. We can arrange planning applications and drawings, building regulation approvals, and we project manage the entire build from "conception to completion". We give the same attention to detail to our quotations as we do to our work, so the costs are clearly broken down so you can see the cost of each task.

That way you can see our prices are fair and competitive, it also shows you where your money is been spent. This allows you to make informed decisions on which part of the project offers you the best value, we clearly state what is included and excluded from your quotation. When our customers see the quality of our work they often ask us to do additional work, all further costs are clearly given in writing before we do any extra work. So when you get the final bill there are no nasty surprises.
