Building Regulations and Part P approval

We all know that many companies´s claim to be "fully qualified & accredited" when in fact they are not! Here at Building Solutions (Midlands) Ltd we pride ourselves on not doing work that we cannot test and certificate on completion. Not only are we responsible for any work that we install, but we are also responsible for your health and safety, and to that end we take our work very seriously.

From January 1 2005 anybody carrying out electrical installation work in dwellings etc in England and Wales has been required to make ´reasonable provision in the design, installation, inspection testing´ of this work to protect people from injury. This is why we are full members of the government recognised institution called NAPIT, and we undergo a full and rigorous annual inspection as set out by them.
